Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Quiz Solve Chrome extension and the website at getquizsolve.com (together, the "Service"), operated by AI Quiz Solve ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What AI Quiz Solve Is

AI Quiz Solve is an AI-powered study aid and homework helper. When you ask it to, it reads a question you select and returns an answer — optionally with a step-by-step explanation — using AI models.

It is a study aid — use it responsibly. AI Quiz Solve is intended to help you learn, check your work, and understand how answers are reached. You are solely responsible for how you use it, including compliance with your school, university, instructor, or exam provider's academic-integrity policies and any applicable rules or laws. Using the Service in a way that violates those policies is done at your own risk and is not endorsed by us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts & Pro Tokens

No account is required to use the free tier. If you upgrade to Pro, we issue a token that you paste into the extension to sign in. You are responsible for keeping your token confidential — anyone with your token can access your Pro entitlement.

• Do not share, sell, or publish your Pro token.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your token.
• Notify us promptly at support@getquizsolve.com if you believe your token has been compromised.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. The free tier includes 5 questions per day (resetting at midnight) and 2 screenshot solves per day. Pro provides unlimited questions and priority speed.

• Pro is available at $2.99/week, $8.99/month, or $6.99/month billed yearly ($84/year). Current pricing is always shown on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (DodoPayments). We do not store your full payment-card details.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access through the end of the current paid period.
• We may change pricing prospectively; changes will not affect the period you have already paid for.

5. Refunds

If something isn't working as expected, contact us at support@getquizsolve.com and we'll do our best to make it right. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and may also be subject to the policies of our payment provider. Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or your Pro token.
• Use automated means to abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits or usage quotas.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and content we create, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, lawful use in accordance with these Terms. Answers generated for you may be used for your own study purposes.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated answers may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date — always review and verify answers yourself before relying on them. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet any particular requirement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Quiz Solve and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, academic standing, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
